Returns:

We will issue a full credit (minus shipping) on any "normally stocked" items returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the item. Items available on our website are considered "normally stocked" items. Special order items are not eligible for return.

 For a full credit (minus shipping) you must:

• Return the part in new and unused/uninstalled condition, in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.
• Include a copy of your packing list or invoice, along with a brief description as to the reason for your return.

Return shipping on any items ordered from our website is the buyers responsibility, unless the item that is received is different from the item that was ordered. Return shipping on orders placed with our associates via phone will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty:

All parts are warrantied to the extent of the manufacturer's warranty. No claim will be allowed for labor or damage due to improper installation. To return a part under warranty you must:

• Call and obtain authorization to return the part. Our technical department will assist in determining whether the part in question is faulty and check and make sure the part is within the manufacturer's guarantee period.
• Fill out and return our Warranty Form along with the part.

The Warranty Form must be filled out in its entirety, or receiving credit may be delayed or denied.

Return shipping for warranty parts is the buyer's responsibility.

DISCLAIMER OF ALL WARRANTIES

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE. The provision of the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in the State of North Carolina as of the date of this purchase shall govern all aspects of this agreement except where in conflict with the terms and conditions contained herein, in which even these conditions shall control. This agreement, including its validity, interpretation, performance, operation and enforcement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Buyer submits to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the State of North Carolina for the resolution of any legal action arising out of the agreement. Buyer further agrees that venue for such legal action shall be exclusively in the Wake County district or superior courts for any state filed action or the Eastern District of North Carolina for any action instituted within the Federal Court system.

Controls, Inc. in its Warranty & Returns Policy DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. CONTROLS, INC. PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES , EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND THE ONLY WARRANTIES GIVEN ARE THE EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTUROR OF THE ITEM PURCHASED.

Controls, Inc. is only the Seller, and not the Manufacturer of any items purchased. By purchasing parts from Controls, Inc. the purchaser agrees to WAIVE any claims against Controls, Inc. and it's employees for any losses or damages, including claims for personal injury resulting from the installation, use, or failure of any parts of any item purchased. The purchaser further agrees that any loss, damage or bodily injury claims must be pursued against the item's manufacturer and not against Controls, Inc. and it's employees.
